Turner Building Maintenance was founded by Roger Turner, an NCAA football champion who brought the same discipline, grit, and team-first mentality into business.
After decades in the paper and building maintenance world, Roger heard the same pain from customers over and over: unreliable cleaners, inconsistent results, and constant headaches. He knew the gap wasn’t just “cleaning” — it was accountability, communication, and the system behind the crew.
